The items on this website do have engraving limitations.
The font style (Script / Slant / Old English) is limited to the style shown on each specific piece.
If you require a different font style from the one shown, please email us. JMckinley.com owns tons
of websites and offers engraving services, however, the items on this particular website do have
limited fonts and line spacing.
Quality
These are fine quality Items. They are the same items as you find
in fine department stores. You will notice from the time you open
the well packaged box that each item is made and engraved with care.
Processing Time
It usually takes 1-4 days processing time (in addition to shipping time) for
engraved items. During "wedding season" we certainly get swamped with orders.
There is a $10 rush service available if you need your items quickly.
If you require a rush, please note this in the comments section of your order form.
Returns
Please inspect the goods IMMEDIATELY. Any mistakes on our part must
be reported within 5 business days of the delivery date. Personalized
items cannot be returned or exchanged.
